"Our mission is to provide first responders with a transformative and supportive environment that fosters healing, growth, and renewal. Through an intensive 40-day program, we combine evidence-based trauma therapy, physical fitness, healthy eating, and horsemanship to address the unique mental, emotional, and physical challenges that first responders face. Our program is designed by a team of dedicated clinical professionals, executive chefs, and ranch managers who work collaboratively to guide each participant toward rediscovering their purpose and well-being.
We draw inspiration from Psalms 23:1-3: 'The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul.' Just as these verses speak of rest, guidance, and restoration, we believe that by nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—our participants can begin to heal from the trauma of their service, restore their inner strength, and find a renewed sense of direction both within and beyond their roles as first responders.
